Please note: the four (4) customized menus are for you to rotate and use as you choose. One (1) menu is meant for one (1) day of meals, and you can prep as many days as you wish. Additionally, these meals are just for you to get started and more are available, as needed and upon request.

Due to the nature of our digital downloads and upon purchasing, you will have immediate access to copyrighted and proprietary material. They are also deemed “used” after download or opening. Also, once downloaded, it remains in your possession forever.
This custom meal plan MUST be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase; or you will pay the current price difference if use at a later date.

As you receive your custom plan(s), please be sure to save it on your hard drive as it will only be stored in our database for the duration of your program.
Once delivered, they are yours. We recommend printing them off while you have access as it's automatically purged from our system after 60 days. Once they are purged, unfortunately, the file(s) is/are unrecoverable.
