By placing an order with the Gauge Girl Training, LLC, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Gauge Girl Training, LLC for the sale and supply of any products.


Due to the digital nature of e-books and courses, and the fact that digital content can't be returned, all e-books and courses are non-refundable. Please read the details and description of each e-book and course, so you understand exactly what you are buying. We're committed to making sure you have the best experience possible. 

Due to the nature of our digital downloads and upon purchasing, you will have immediate access to copyrighted and proprietary material. They are also deemed “used” after download or opening. Also, once downloaded, it remains in your possession forever. This means we have a strict No Refund and No Exchange Policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product.

We are not liable for refund and exchange due to technical problems on your computer, iphone device including but not limited to printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity. 


The digital product allows you up to 5 downloads. It is your responsibility to manage and save a permanent copy of these files to iBook’s, Google Drive, or Dropbox for future reference; OR you can get them printed out, e.g., Staples, Office Max, etc.

Gauge Girl Training is able to make adjustments as needed, however the recommendations are designed to support the individuals goals as described in the questionnaire. Any concerns can be directly addressed over the phone. Email to set up a phone call. 

ALL custom plans must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless you let us know in advance via email. Gauge Girl Training reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.


Upon purchase of the designated Challenge offer, it is IMPORTANT that you READ  ALL the pdf file attachments that comes with your purchase information.

As you receive your custom macros and body type workout, revision will not be provided as our nutritionist team already spent the time creating your plan based on your answers to the on-line questionnaire form. However, for a discounted revision fee, please email

Lastly, please be sure to save your custom macros and body type workout information on your hard drive as app access is only valid until the end of the challenge. ALL programs are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 


Client with coaching plan may temporarily pause their program in accordance with the following terms:

  • You may pause your program in one-month increment. You will be invoiced for the number of months you requested for $19.99/month to be paid upfront.
  • There are no refunds/partial refunds or credit for the months you pause your plan – no exceptions.
  • Fees for the period of the pause you elect are non-refundable.

 All pause requests must be made 15 days in advance. No retroactive pauses are permitted.


To be eligible for the Discount Code, the Discount Code must be surrendered at the time of purchase. It cannot be combined with other discount codes and offers. Offer cannot be used on previous purchases. Offer is valid for a limited time only. Gauge Girl Training reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice. 


If you desire to pull out or cancel your order participation to a live Webinar, you may do so by notifying Gauge Girl Training in writing via email at at least 5 business days prior to the official start date of a Live Webinar. In such an event, a full credit of the amount paid will be issued in a form of a gift card towards a future event or any Gauge Girl Training products. Gift Card will be valid up to 6 months from the date of issuance. If you fail to cancel your registration to the event within the above-mentioned specified time, or if you fail to attend the Live Webinar, credit claims will not be processed.

Gauge Girl Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live webinar due to instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, you will be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar/event.

In case we reschedule a webinar, registered attendees will be notified about the new date and time 24 hours prior to the start time of the webinar. If attendees are not available on the new date and time, Gauge Girl Training could provide you the recording of that webinar.

Gauge Girl Training cannot be held responsible in case you don't receive login credentials or any email because of any firewall or SPAM filters in your email network. 

Gauge Girl Training cannot be held responsible for any technical problem at customer's end. We recommend you check your system requirements in advance.

Gauge Girl Training cannot be held responsible if you are not happy with the content of the webinar, as speakers are responsible for content and we always recommend our customers to read the description first before making the purchase.

Event Meet-up Cancellation Policy


It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Of course, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their team meet-up, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

CANCELLATION - Initiated by Participant

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness.

We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid, we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.


We have made efforts to display accurately the colors of products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or other technological circumstance, we cannot and do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

While Gauge Girl Training always tries to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.


1. Returns and exchange must be sent back within 15 days of delivery at customer's cost. If refund is issued, there will be a $15 restocking fee. Store credit and exchanges have no fee.

2. Product must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

3. No visible signs of use present including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.

4. All applicable tags must be intact and the product returned in their original clear packaging.

5. The items must be mailed back with the original packing slip included.

6. We do not accept returns on final sale items and discounted items.
