6 Weeks of Science-Based Training - 2x/Week via Zoom

- Train twice a week (30–40 minutes each for 6 weeks = 12 total) with expert-led, real-time workouts tailored to your goals
- Level-specific training paths: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced
- You’ll train with intention, build efficiently, and move with confidence—guided by evidence, not guesswork.
- Minimal Equipment, Maximum Results – Designed for home or gym settings using bodyweight and common household or gym items.
- Progressive, functional movement tailored to your goals and capacity
- Expert cueing, movement corrections, and performance tracking
- Emphasis on recovery, form, and structural balance
