The Vegan 6WeekShred® is a program designed for women of all shapes and sizes seeking a safe, yet comprehensive approach to fat loss based on real whole foods. When creating this program, I considered integrating convenient "bars" and other "diet foods" into this program, but decided against it. As a food scientist and chemical engineer by training, I do see the value and convenience in engineering foods, however I also believe that our modern world has taken it too far and that I can help you all reach your goals without the unnecessary toxins and additives commonly found in diet foods. You will find more nutrient dense foods and tons of ideas to keep not only you, but your entire family engaged in your new behaviors.

This program is ideal for ladies who have lacked the focus, structure, and overall accountability required to reach their physique goals. The program is broken down into 3 x 2 week timelines by progressively dialing in your macros to support reduced body fat. Most "fat loss" programs start off too aggressively causing a sudden drop in one's metabolic rate with "weight loss" mostly due to the loss of water or muscle, but not necessarily BODYFAT. By taking this step-change approach, your body and mind can adjust, giving you 3 x 14 day phases. A short program goes against my fundamental philosophy that fat loss goals should be approached progressively to prevent re-bounding. However, more aggressive fat loss IS achievable in a healthy manner if this program is properly followed in the step change progress as laid out in the macro overview. This program is NON-REFUNDABLE. This is NOT a custom meal plan.

This program also provides meal planning calendars, detailed grocery lists, recipes, meal prep notes for every meal, community support, a substitution guide, and all of the tools necessary to support a lifestyle change.
