  Please note: the 4 Week Custom Meal Plan come with four (4) menus for you to rotate and use as you choose. One (1) menu is meant for one (1) day of meals and you can prep as many days as you wish.

 IMPORTANT: our custom meal are written in imperial and NOT in metrics. For your custom plan to be written in metrics will be an up charge of $25.

PLEASE NOTE:  May request up to five (5) specific meals or menu items. There will be a $45 up charge for additional request on your custom plan (e.g., a specific meal from Chipotle; a specific protein bar; a specific coffee preparation; a specific recipe of yours, etc).

This custom meal plan + training plan MUST be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase; or you will pay the current price difference if use at a later date. Gauge Girl Training reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

Gauge Girl Training is able to make adjustments as needed for those who purchased with coaching package; however, the recommendations are designed to support the individual's goals as described in the questionnaire. 

PLEASE NOTE:

As you receive your custom plan(s), please be sure to save it on your hard drive as it will only be stored in our database for the duration of your program.

Once delivered, they are yours. We recommend printing them off while you have access as it's automatically purged from our system after 60 days. Once they are purged, unfortunately, the file(s) is/are unrecoverable.

Lastly, due to the nature of our digital downloads attached to this program, you will have immediate access to our copyrighted and proprietary material. They are deemed “used” after download or opening.  Also, once downloaded, it remains in your possession forever. 

The digital product allows you up to 5 downloads. It is your responsibility to manage and save a permanent copy of these files to iBook’s, Google Drive, or Dropbox for future reference; OR you can get them printed out, e.g., Staples, Office Max, etc.
