    IMPORTANT:

    PREMIUM MONTHLY EVALUATION

    As part of your membership (if you signed up for 3-month membership), you may have new monthly Meal Plan and/or macros adjustments.

    - It is up to you to track your progress, if any adjustment is needed. Adjustments DO NOT APPLY with one-month membership. NOTE: there will be no mid-month meal plan and no mid-month macro adjustments.

    - If you are satisfied with your custom meal plans and/or custom macros, you do not need to complete the Monthly Evaluation Form.

    - If you lost seven (7) pounds or more, your macros must be adjusted. You must then complete and submit the Evaluation Form.

    - If you did not lose seven (7) pounds but wants different custom meal plan, please complete and submit your evaluation Form.

    After your Monthly Evaluation Form has been completed and submitted, it will be process in the order that it was received. Your custom macros and/or custom meal plan will then arrive in 3-5 business days. Please note, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

    1. You must be 18 years of age to participate.

    2. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other weight loss program to determine if it is right for your needs.

    If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while working out, you should stop immediately.  This Site offers health, fitness and nutritional information and is designed for educational purposes only. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have any concerns or questions about your health, you should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional.

    Do not disregard, avoid or delay obtaining medical or health related advice from your health-care professional because of something you may have read on this Site. The use of any information provided on this Site is solely at your own risk.

    3. We make no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience, and you accept the risk that results will differ for each individual. Each individual’s health, fitness, and nutrition success depend on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As with any health-related program or service, your results may vary, and will be based on many variables, including but not limited to, your individual capacity, life experience, unique health and genetic profile, starting point, expertise, and level of commitment.

    4. The use of our information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that our company is not liable for any success or failure of your physique that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information, products and services.

    5. We present real world experiences and insights on other people’s experiences for purposes of illustration only.

    6. The testimonials, examples, and photos used are of actual clients and results they personally achieved. Each client has approved these testimonials, examples, and photos for use in materials to speak to our program, service, and/or product capabilities, but they are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve the same or similar results. Rather, these client stories represent what is possible with our programs, services, and/or products.

    7. To avoid disruption of your member’s access, your designated program must be paid to date. Once the program is paid, your service will resume in 24 hours. If you're still having difficulty connecting once your service has been restored, please restart your device or email our customer team at info@gaugegirltraining.com    

    • We receive a lot of emails and a team member will get back to you within 24 hours. Evenings and weekends may take us a little longer.
    • Our business hour of operations is Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm Eastern Time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and observes standard U.S. Holidays.

    All payments are non-refundable. All discounts given will not be considered in the calculation of the cancellation fee.

    Please note: These programs are non-refundable due to the amount of time each nutritionist spends creating each customized plan for each individual client.

    9. We are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to: printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.

    10. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

    Our fees, including the full monthly fee for any month (or portion thereof) elapsed (regardless of whether you attended Workshops, participated in Coaching or logged onto the Website or Apps during that month), and any sign-up or registration fee, are nonrefundable except as set forth below:

    - If you cancel your membership, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the cost to us of any nutritionist and administrative fees, or other services you may have used prior to your cancellation.

    _ Your membership is automatically cancelled from its expiration date.

    - To retain all your data and preferences, and to avoid connectivity disruption with your app, please make sure to add your desired membership by purchasing two weeks prior to your app's expiration date. 

    - Membership is not transferrable.

    11. MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY

     Members may temporarily suspend their membership in accordance with the following terms:

    • You may freeze your membership once a year for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of three (3) consecutive months in one-month increments. You will be invoiced for the number of months you requested for $9.99/month to be paid upfront.
    • There are no refunds/partial refunds or credit for the months you freeze your plan – no exceptions.
    • This freeze fee covers our administrative fee.
    • If you are an Elite or Premium member, your custom plans and coaching cease.
    • You may not freeze your membership for any reason unless your account is in good standing.
    • Fees for the period of the freeze you elect are non-refundable, even if you later reduce the number of months of suspension of your membership. 

    All freeze requests must be made 15 days in advance. No retroactive freezes are permitted.

    12. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

    Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
    We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.

    We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

    GGT management reserves the right to terminate a membership for any reason. Management would typically make this determination only when member’s program is not paid or when member behavior is grossly or habitually in violation of GGT regulations.
