Photos must be from the front, side, and back in a sports bra and fitted shorts or a 2-piece bathing suit.

Must be in good lighting and taken consistently.

Christine is the only one who sees your photos, permission is always requested if we would like to highlight your progress. Your photos are not shared without consent.

Failure to get your photos in by the cutoff date/time voids your weekly check-in.
