12 WEEK ECTOMORPH HOME TRAINING FOR WOMEN
Ignite your fat loss goals in the privacy and convenience of your own home! Gauge Girl Training is pleased to bring you 12 weeks of fat blasting and muscle defining workouts for the ectomorph body type. Of all the body types, ectomorphs tend to struggle the most with gaining lean muscle definition. Gaining muscle at home IS POSSIBLE with targeted training for the ectomorph. This home plan provides a total of 3 x 4 week workout programs including resistance training, HIIT training, and cardio for a total of 12 weeks of workouts. Your workouts will change every 4 weeks as follows: weeks 1-4, 5-8 and 9-12. This program also includes a detailed reference guide for exactly how to do every single exercise including the muscles targeted and suitable alternatives.
This program provides everything you need to support serious fat loss when used in conjunction with proper nutrition, consistent effort, and patience. For those of you who need a solid workout plan that you can master at home without having to hit a gym or if you have a an apartment, hotel, or office gym this program can be used in any workout space that has the following items:
You will need the following equipment to do this program at home:
⁃Free Weights ranging from 8 to at least 20lb dumbbells
⁃Kettlebell (at least 20lbs)
