    For years I’ve heavily relied on the assistance of supplementation to help me reach my fitness goals. I’ve taken every weight gainer on the market and although I have definitely seen gains from supplements: one can’t simply replace food. I’ve tried heavy calorie diets before that only left me quitting after a week because I was so tired of the food and I didn’t have the drive to continue.
    This program has provided me with TONS of options for food. At the most, prepping has only taken me an hour a day. This program is very laid out. I actually know how to cook now. There’s a value in making your own food versus going out to eat.
    As I mentioned I’ve always been looking to find a shortcut (supplements)…simply adding food has taken me a long way. I put on at least 6lbs in the first 2 weeks and my body doesn’t feel like crap. I already worked out 7 days a week before beginning this program so this program has helped me put on twice as much size as I would’ve been able to otherwise without this plan. To sum up a very long story: it’s easy to follow and hard work goes a long way. Follow the program, do a before and after, and give it everything you got. The meal plans are really tailored towards what men eat.
