    I’ve tried so many different meal and training plans but this was by far the easiest one to follow. I especially appreciate the grocery list with this plan because now I don’t waste time at the grocery store guessing if I bought enough or too much of the ingredients. If you have an iPhone you can also refer to the workout directions easily. Thanks, Christine! I am in my best shape yet!
